Dr. Yasser OMAR AMINE participated in a discussion at the fifth edition of Art Cairo, held at the Grand Egyptian Museum, Cairo, on the legal framework of the art market. He addressed key legal issues arising in the art market, including copyright, ownership, authenticity disputes, expert opinions and liability, contracts, acquisitions and provenance.
Dr. Yasser OMAR AMINE participated as a panelist in a roundtable discussion on advancing creative industries in Algeria through partnerships and intersectoral cooperation, engaging with experts, policymakers and practitioners on the role of copyright in supporting creative industries and fostering innovation across the region. The discussion was held during the National Forum on “Creative Industries & Copyright: Building a Dynamic New Ecosystem” in Algiers, November 2025.
