Dr. Yasser OMAR AMINE has been a contributor to the annual case-law chronicle on distinctive signs and unfair competition in Africa, published in the French peer-reviewed Industrial Property Journal Propriété Industrielle (LexisNexis).
Since 2021, he has been selected to represent Egypt alongside a distinguished team of intellectual property scholars and practitioners from France and across Africa, contributing commentary on significant Egyptian and African trademark and unfair competition decisions.
His contributions form part of this recurring collective work, published under the direction of Maître Yvon Laurier NGOMBE, and covering developments across the OAPI, ARIPO, OHADA, as well as Egyptian jurisprudence.
