Dr. Yasser OMAR AMINE has published more than 100 articles, research papers, studies and legal commentaries in leading French and international legal journals, particularly in the fields of intellectual property, copyright, art market law and comparative law.

Dr. Yasser OMAR AMINE has been a contributor to the annual case-law chronicle on distinctive signs and unfair competition in Africa, published in the French peer-reviewed Industrial Property Journal Propriété Industrielle (LexisNexis).

Since 2021, he has been selected to represent Egypt alongside a distinguished team of intellectual property scholars and practitioners from France and across Africa, contributing commentary on significant Egyptian and African trademark and unfair competition decisions.

His contributions form part of this recurring collective work, published under the direction of Maître Yvon Laurier NGOMBE, and covering developments across the OAPI, ARIPO, OHADA, as well as Egyptian jurisprudence.
